Saturday February 20th
Race for the Red, White, and Blue is a 5k color run to benefit the Disabled American Veterans. The DAV is a non-profit charity that brings disabled veterans across the country to their doctors appointments. Come out in your most patriotic outfit to support a great cause!
Join the T.R.E.E. House Children’s Museum on Saturday, February 20th at 1 PM for Recycled: Crafty Containers!
Have you ever thought about all of the cool things you can do with containers from everyday items such as coffee cans? Come to the T.R.E.E. House to make your own crafty containers to take home with you!
This fun program is included in $4 museum admission. Children under the age of 2 get in free. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us at LSUA for a celebration of Black History Month and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The luncheon will be held on Thursday, February 25 in the Brumfield Caffey Annex Ballroom at LSUA. Doors open at 11:30 and the program begins at noon. Elvin L. Shields will be the keynote speaker. Lunch is available for $10 and proceeds benefit the LSUA Foundatin Ebony Endowed Scholarship.
