Every Deal has a Tale / Tail:

Louisiana Housing Finance Authority had disappointing news for Stock yard development with developer David Strange. Lower Third Street mix use of retail and apartments did not make tax credit allocation cut. This time around board gave 10 point preference for rural and 10 point preference for veterans. David Strange will be back but we are not likely to see his development come out of the ground in next 12 months.

Interest Rates:

30 year rate was 3.52% this week is 3.52%, the 15 year rate was 2.93% this week it is 2.93%, the 5/1 ARM was 2.90% now 2.95%.
Federal Reserve Chairman, Ben Bernanke just announced that the Fed will continue its policy of accommodation and support our economy’s growth and development. September 13th 2012 The Federal Reserve committed to buy $40 Billion per month in Mortgage Backed Securities. While this will create some momentary mortgage rate volatility, most agree that this move maintains tremendous downward pressure on mortgage interest rates. The stock markets are responding positively to this news and we should get out there and re-iterate our position that there truly may not be a better time to buy a home than right now.
